I think it is a pimple, seems too small to be anything serious like a pilonidal cyst and a friend of mine had the same thing and it was a pimple.. The first couple of days it hurt a lot but then i could sit better without being in pain but i have to shift my weight to one butt cheek for it not to hurt at all..
